All pieces are hand-wash only and are not microwave safe. To avoid staining please hand-wash your mug right after use to keep it at its best.
Returns and Exchanges
Please be aware that because each piece is handmade, they will vary slightly in size, shape and colour. Slight imperfections are a normal part of the ceramic process. Please note that all sales are final. I am not responsible for any lost or broken pieces in the mail. I will securely wrap your items with love and care so they arrive safely to you.
Shipping, Delivery and Pick Up
If you live in Sainte-Marguerite-du-Lac-Masson or surrounding towns it is possible to pick up. Please select the "pick up" option and message me when you are available to pick up your piece.
For Delivery in Montreal and laurentians select the "Delivery" option and I will contact you to organize a delivery day and time.
